Volunteer and Fundraising Information
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
All meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6pm in Ms. Fischer's room.

We are always looking for event volunteers, even just 30 minutes at an event is a huge help!
If you are planning to join us as a volunteer at events, please make sure to complete the school district's volunteer application in the link below. It is a school district policy that all volunteers be approved by the Board of Education.
FALL CHARLESTON WRAP FUNDRAISER
Watch for this fundraiser to come home in September with a return date later than month. Sales will be online and in person. All items ordered will be delivered in time for the holidays!
SPRING GERTRUDE HAWK SALE
Watch for this fundraiser to come home in January with a return to school date in February. Sales will be online and in person. The chocolate sold will arrive in the middle of March.
OLIVER PAINE'S FLOWER BASKET SALE
Watch for this come home in the spring! Delivery will be in the middle of May.
MAKE A DONATION
Are you looking for ways to support the PTO and don't want to fundraise? We accept check donations made out to "Mexico Elementary PTO." You can mail these to the school to the attention of the PTO.
